Terms of Service

These terms are a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before you rely on them. Replace the placeholder company details with your registered information.

These terms are an agreement between you and OMOX Ltd(“flyWilco”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the flyWilco website and booking application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

flyWilco provides booking, scheduling, approvals, member management and related tools for flying schools and non-commercial flying groups. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for your members’ access and for having a lawful basis to add their data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, harmful or infringing activity, no attempts to break security or access data you’re not entitled to, and no reselling the Service without our agreement.

4. Plans, billing & VAT

The Free plan is provided at no charge, subject to its limits.
Paid plans (Club, School) are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If we materially reduce a paid feature you rely on, contact us and we’ll deal with it fairly.
If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data as described there.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Weather and other third-party information is for situational awareness only and must not be relied on for flight planning; always obtain an official pre-flight briefing.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by flyWilco and protected by law. These terms don’t transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, flyWilco is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or other users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
