Every document is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it’s stored, using a key unique to your club, and is only ever handed to people your club allows to see it.

Members see their own bookings and details. Everyone else’s show only as “Booked”, with names, contact details and notes kept private. That’s enforced by the database itself, not just hidden on screen.
